Kelly is a qualified Yoga Teacher and Sound Bath Practitioner based in Chippenham, teaching since 2018. She offers yoga classes, corporate yoga, sound bath experiences, and bespoke yoga packages for group events.

Kelly's style blends hatha and gentle vinyasa yoga, with mindfulness woven throughout every session. Having found these practices personally helpful for managing stress and anxiety, she now shares them with others — creating classes that are easeful and explorative, all about moving and breathing with awareness.

Her sound baths use gongs, singing bowls, and other resonant instruments to guide participants into deep relaxation — a popular choice for staff wellbeing days or client events looking for something a little different.
