The Hub places community need above all else, serving Chippenham and surrounding villages through a practical, inclusive approach.
Day-to-day work is guided by “Ray’s Law” that states anyone entering the Hub with a problem should leave on the path toward a solution if possible.
This applies both to individuals and to any wider unmet community need that the neighbourhood would benefit from.
Its Charitable Objectives are to operate for public benefit with the following aims:

Provide effective signposting to appropriate services
Support sustainability and community cohesion
Enable community-led activity and engagement
